Yvonne Gyane is the founder of Adom Grace Care, and the heart behind everything we do. She started Adom Grace Care with one belief: that every person deserves care freely given, without condition.
Rooted in the Ghanaian word ‘adom’ — meaning grace — Yvonne built the service around advocacy, gentleness and compassion. She leads from the front, personally providing support and setting the warm, respectful standard she expects across the team.
Yvonne is passionate about walking alongside NDIS participants across Sydney’s west and inner-west, helping people live with independence, dignity and confidence — and about building a team of support workers who treat the people they serve like family.
